We work directly with vendors to make this process easy for our clients, allowing them to focus on what's important. As such we are engaged with the majority of our clients’ software vendors with varying levels from healthy working relationships to recognised partners. These include industry-specific vendors such as Lawmaster, Open Practice, Leap in the Legal sector, StrataMax, Rockend and PIQ in the Strata sector and Stat in the Medical industry.

Our support team is located in Brisbane, including our friendly help desk. We do love to travel, but that’s not always possible, so we have established relationships with trusted IT partners in different states to help with our national clients.

The vast majority of IT issues can be handled remotely, however sometimes there is a need to be on site. When that need arises, Trimble will dispatch a tech to your site to handle those issues.

We are people-people and love interacting with our clients, and in our opinion, regular contact is essential. Onsite visits help identify problems that might not get raised; provide an opportunity for staff education; allow us to understand your business better, resulting in less painful IT, dare we say, even happiness for your team!?

While we successfully support and manage many different types of hardware and software, we feel you cannot (and don't claim to be) experts in everything, and standardisation is key to effective management of IT systems and platforms. As such we work closely with our clients to ensure they have a level of standardisation within their organisation, and where appropriate we implement carefully selected, specialised platforms that we know and trust, improving technical and vendor management, and centralised monitoring, ensuring the best result for our clients.

Trimble Networks is committed to ensuring all staff are trained and competent in the following two areas; core vendor certifications that underpin our client platforms (including Microsoft, Sophos, Arcserve), and competent in the application of the Trimble Networks standards, security and principles employed within these platforms. These certifications cover key areas such as Gateway Protection (UTM), Networking, Microsoft Server, Workstations, Azure Deployment, Active Directory, Office 365 and Security.
